I get to see sweet Vann every three months for his milestone pictures and he just keeps getting cuter!  He was a beautiful newborn and at three months, he is the most smiley little guy with the best head control that I have seen at his age.  I look forward to each of his sessions and can’t WAIT to see how he grows and changes with each milestone!

Love, love, LOVE this twin newborn session!  Addison and Ella were amazing and slept pretty much the entire session.  Mom told us before we started that Ella would be the easier of the two.  Although both were awesome, we did find that posing Ella first and then Addison worked better (I wonder if that is a sign of their personalities as they get older?).  Mom brought a few headbands and onesies for the session, which were adorable.    Enjoy some of my favorite images from Addison and Ella’s newborn session!

*BIG shout out to Laura from LauraBelle Photography who helped me out on this session!

Teeny, tiny Sawyer came to see me a few weeks ago for her newborn session (she was just under 5 lbs)!  I love neutral sessions and always get excited when mom requests neutrals.  It just makes the whole session cohesive and classic.  Sawyer’s mom brought along a headband and bracelet made by Sawyer’s grandmother as well as a little knitted hat, all of which were adorable and made her session unique.

Big brother Reid hopped in a few pictures and I will admit that sibling shots are usually my very favorite from the whole session.  I just love the look of pride on their faces holding their new sibling.  Reid was so sweet and gentle with Sawyer, too.

Enjoy some of my favorite images from Sawyer’s session!

I met Laura earlier this year through an online photography group we both belong to (by the way, check out her awesome work at laurabellephoto.com!!) and I was honored when she asked me to take her maternity photos.  It is always SO nerve-wracking to take another photographer’s photos.  They know the right and wrong, do’s and don’ts and they typically know exactly what they are wanting and you know they will see any little “mistakes” you make.  Laura was great and so easy-going, I was immediately at ease.  Dillyn was the star of the show, talking and hugging on baby Easton in momma’s belly and she is Laura’s mini-me!  Laura’s family lives on the BEST land for photos.  Beautiful, tall grass with nothing around and we hit the timing just right so the gorgeous sunset was nice and golden.

Check out a few of my favorite images from Laura’s maternity session.  I can’t wait to meet baby Easton and see Dillyn as a big sister (she is going to be awesome)…just a few more weeks!

Carly is one of a few of my good friends due in early September.  How amazing does she look?  I just love that I have been able to be apart of the Tafts’ major life events.  I have taken their engagement, wedding, pregnancy announcement and now maternity photos…and we are just getting started (I can hear Chris grumbling about more photos already)!  Baby Taft is going to be so incredibly loved and cared for and I can’t wait to see Carly and Chris as parents.  They are going to be fabulous!

Congrats, Chris and Carly!  I am so excited to meet Baby T!
